placing your order as items are made to order and will already be in production. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping + Processing Please note that many items are printed upon order. Once your order is received, it will then be processed within 3-7 business days and then shipped. Orders typically arrive to the shipped address within 3-5 days once items are shipped but may vary with the shipping carrier. To be on the safe side, allow for extra time for package to be delivered. Some products may arrive separately depending on items ordered. Tracking will be available so that you can locate the status of your package.
Please double check your mailing address when placing your order. We can not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that we received when order was placed. We want to be sure you receive your products! We also are not responsible for where the package is left by the handler.

Payment We accept major credit cards in Direct Checkout as well as PayPal. When shipping to SC, there will be a 6% sales tax applied to SC orders only.
Damaged Product Note greeting cards directly ship from our studio in South Carolina but depending on other product, it may arrive to you directly from the manufacturer in order to keep your shipping cost and lead time down. On the event that you have a damaged item or quality issue, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to help you. (Note that a damaged item can only be replaced with the same item that was originally ordered. Photo of damaged item must be sent to us immediately upon opening package for it to be replaced.)
